Marijuana Possession or Sales

Riverside Marijuana Possession & Sales Lawyers

Your Trusted Defense Team Serving San Bernardino, CA

California’s marijuana laws have evolved significantly over the years. While adult recreational use is now legal, the state still regulates where, how, and how much marijuana can be possessed, grown, or sold.

At Greenberg, Greenberg & Kenyon, we have helped hundreds of people throughout San Bernardino and Riverside fight back against marijuana-related charges. We understand the stress, fear, and frustration that come with being accused of a drug offense. We work to turn that frustration into a clear, strategic path forward.

As former district attorneys, we know precisely how prosecutors build their cases. We can use that insight to defend you against marijuana charges and work to protect your future from the lifelong consequences of a conviction.
